Our ultimate goal is to help people move into permanent housing through rehabilitation programs, stable employment, and partnerships with other organizations and government agencies. We also provide ongoing support to our alumni.
Emergency shelter and eviction prevention solve the immediate problem. Permanent Housing is where we help people build something that lasts, combining rehabilitation programs, stable employment, and partnerships with other organizations and government agencies.
This is not a program with a fixed end date. Once someone moves into permanent housing, we stay in touch through alumni support, so people can come back with questions or setbacks long after their case has closed. Not just a roof for now, but a home that holds up over time.
