We provide immediate housing to individuals and families facing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing. Our team offers transportation to new accommodation, meals, clothing, and the support needed to relocate and stabilize.
When someone loses their housing, or a loss is coming within days, the first need is always the same. Somewhere safe to be tonight. Frieda Homes places individuals and families into emergency housing as quickly as our intake process allows, often the same day a request comes in.
Once someone is placed, our team handles the logistics that are hard to manage during a crisis, arranging transportation, meals, and basic clothing. A case manager then works with them to plan next steps, whether that is eviction prevention, permanent housing, or one of our other programs.
