We provide immediate housing to individuals and families facing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing. Our team offers transportation to new accommodation, meals, clothing, and the support needed to relocate and stabilize.
Learn moreFor people at risk of losing their housing because of financial hardship, we provide direct rent assistance, paying property management based on the availability of funds, to help prevent displacement from their current home.
Learn moreOur ultimate goal is to help people move into permanent housing through rehabilitation programs, stable employment, and partnerships with other organizations and government agencies. We also provide ongoing support to our alumni.
Learn moreHunger often accompanies homelessness. We provide immediate feeding assistance, then help people access food stamps and community food banks for ongoing nutritional support.
